Buratec Oy offers a versatile range of masterbatches, compounds, and raw materials. Our selection also includes recycled and off-spec materials, which reduce the carbon footprint and costs of plastic products. Colors
We offer a fast color matching service, and many shades are readily available from our color archive. Our selection includes numerous effect colors, which give your products a unique appearance. We provide flexible deliveries, from small 5 kg batches to large ton quantities.
Additives
Additives allow you to modify the properties of the final product as needed. They enhance the quality and durability of the product. Additives are also used to improve production efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
Raw materials
We offer a wide range of raw materials, including PE, PP, PS, as well as off-spec products. Technical plastics, including ABS, ASA, PC, PC/ABS, PA6, PA66, PA12, POM, PBT, PPS, PMMA, Polyketone – and also technical recycled plastics.
Compounds
Compounds are ready-to-use raw materials containing all the required properties of the final product: UV protection, color, impact resistance, mechanical properties, flame retardancy, etc.
Repro Compounds
REPRO compounds are blends made from recycled plastic with added new additives and fillers. They are an environmentally friendly and economical choice.
Thermoelastic (TPE) Compounds
TPE compounds are ready-to-use raw materials that provide the necessary elasticity and durability properties for the final product. They are an excellent choice for many different applications.
Technical Service
Our technical service team supports customers throughout the project, providing assistance with material selection, product design, test runs, and color choices. Our laboratories allow for the testing of material properties, such as flame retardancy, weather resistance, and impact strength. Our color matching service is fast and precise, customizing colors according to the customer’s sample or color charts. Our technical experts support customers from the beginning to the end of the project.
